'The Greatest Show on Earth: The Evidence for Evolution' - Richard Dawkins

The Greatest Show on Earth: The Evidence for Evolution - Richard Dawkins

I read it in January 2014. Some chapters are interesting, others are boring or even childish. I never expected anyone to compare creationists to holocaust deniers, but apparently Godwin's law started to span books too, this time in the introduction! Dawkins overuses analogies to explain things, which may end up with a total disaster at times; though many diversions are enthralling. He's excellent in simplifying science. I LOVE the stories of evolution among different organisms and believe that a documentary that focuses on them will be a more memorable way that will reach a larger audience. This book may have been written in only 100-150 pages.

Disclaimer: I believed in evolution before reading any of Dawkins' books.
